Arts & Crafts Sale
EE's annual Arts & Crafts Sale is right around the
corner. On Saturday, December 1, from 10:00 AM
to noon at the Ramada, you'll be able to buy
handcrafted items made by neighbors. It's a great
chance to buy some unique holiday gifts. To reserve a
table to sell your work, contact Marla Riesat gvmarlaries@gmail.com.
Wednesday Night Movie at the Ramada
This week's movie is The Family Stone starring
Diane Keaton and Sarah Jessica Parker. An uptight,
conservative business-woman accompanies her boyfriend to
his eccentric and out-going family's annual Christmas
celebration and finds that she's a fish out of water in
their free-spirited way of life. Showtime is 7:00
PM. Thanks to Jane and Eric Ellingsonfor
sponsoring this event.
Time to Decorate Those Lamp Posts
EE has a tradition of decorating street light
posts for the holiday season. Don't have the time? Out
of town? The Enhancement Elves will decorate (and
undecorate) your post for just $10 if you already have
the decorations, $15 if you don't. A plug adapter is an
additional $2.00. Deadline for requesting this service
is December 6.
To schedule a visit from the Elves, contact Jackie Rautio at 269-7864.
Hospitality Committee Event
Start the holiday season at the Sweet and Savory Holiday
Celebration Saturday, December 15th. Even
addresses should bring appetizers and odd addresses
desserts. Prizes will be awarded for the ugliest
Christmas sweater/shirt. A gift basket raffle will
raise funds for the committee. Bring a "white elephant"
gift to participate in the optional gift exchange.
Social hour begins at 4:30 PM with food
to follow at 5:00. Wine, beer, water,
soda, and Southern Comfort Punch will be available. No
charge for this event. Happy Hour on December 14 is
cancelled in light of the Hospitality event.

received your sheets call Karen at (520)648-3993. If
you've recently returned to Green Valley, or will be
returning from being out of town, please leave a
voicemail for Karen and provide your estimated date of
return, so that she can get the sheet to you. There
will be a meeting of Neighborhood Watch Block Captains
and potential Block Captains at the Ramada on Friday,
December 14, at 12:45 PM. SAV will be giving a
short presentation followed by discussion.

EE Pickleball
Play starts at 8:30 AM every day except
Fridays at the courts on Circulo del Sur. Everyone from

instruction.
Happy Hour
Friday, at the Ramada. There's a new
start time of 4:00 PM. Bring everything
you need and an appetizer to share.
Thank you to Eric
and Jane Ellingson for donating tickets
to the 7:00PM, Dec. 14th, CPAC production of
Honky Tonk Christmas. The tickets, along with a
wine basket, will be raffled off at Happy Hour
in support of the Hospitality Committee, so be
sure to have some $$$ in your pockets.
Helpful Hints for HOA Happiness
The Board is aware that not everyone reads and
understands EE's CC&Rs and Rules, so they have asked the
Monday Morning Memo to include reminders of issues that
often occur, disrupting the peace and harmony of our
community. We are paraphrasing and abbreviating the
CC&Rs and Rules, so if an item applies to you, read the
full applicable section of the CC&Rs or Rules or call a
Board member for clarification. Here's this week's
hint: Don't park on the street overnight, and if you
park in your driveway, make sure your vehicle doesn't
overhang the sidewalk. It's considered a hazard for
walkers to have to step into the street to divert around
your vehicle.
